Completed in 2006, the 250,000 square foot unit is home to Bristan UK.
The development includes 25,000 square foot of office space with provision to expand to 30,000 square foot. Also included is 240,000 square foot of storage space and a state of the art on site testing laboratory.
Tweedale were responsible for the design of the scheme on the former colliery site and co-ordinated the project to completion.
