Completed in 2001, the new security gatehouse and marketing suite serve the Birch Coppice Business Park development by IM Properties.
Tweedale were involved in the development of the former colliery site. Tweedale's responsibilities included master planning the redevelopment of the colliery site, planning consultation and coordination of the infrastructure works.
Tweedale have since continued to work with IM Properties in developing the individual plots on the site. These include new units for Bristan, PHS Group, HIB, Petit Forestier and a new inter modal freight terminal operated by Roadways Container Logistics.
