Our services must meet the needs of our customers, and Quality of service is considered the responsibility of everyone within the organization and is part of the mainstream of activity. The company’s aim is to supply its service in accordance with the following criteria: - 1. To meet the customer’s specification ensuring fitness for purpose, performance, safety and reliability aspects, including complying with all Regulatory, and Health & Safety Requirements 2. To respond with energy and commitment to the needs of the client 3. To achieve completion of project management services on time and within budget to ensure client satisfaction with the final product 4. To give a documented assurance to clients to demonstrate that the necessary quality of service has been, is being and will be maintained To meet these objectives, the company has introduced a Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001 : 2000 At Tweedale our goal is to get things right first time and every time, within an environment of all actively involved in continuing improvement through the regular and systematic review of our systems at twice-yearly Management Review meetings. Targeted Quality Objectives for continual improvement of the system will be established and reviewed at these meetings, and communicated to all personnel within the organization The Company recognises the contribution necessary from all employees, and is committed to the encouragement of staff through the provision of appropriate training programmes.
