Completed in 2003, this is the first MSA to be built on the M54.
Whilst retaining the Welcome Break 'house style' the architecture had none the less to respond to a steeply sloping site and strong views of the Local Authority for a more 'rural' character.
This was achieved by the use of vernacular red brickwork and muted grey cladding with similar standing seam barrel roofing.
