Situated opposite junction 2 of the M54 Motorway the proposed 'Treetops' development aspires to define the northern gateway into the city of Wolverhampton.
The scheme consists of approximately 4995m2 of high quality office development in two blocks together with a 63 bedroom hotel and associated car parking.
The main building, situated centrally in a prominent position facing the Motorway junction, will house the larger proportion of the office accommodation over four storeys. The remainder of the office accommodation will be housed in a smaller three storey office building occupying the frontage to the A449.
The site layout has been set out around a central axis with the buildings following the curved site frontage to create a 'viewing arena'. This provides best views and vantage points both from within the buildings looking out and from the surroundings looking in. Setting the buildings in these positions further establishes a strong frontage to the M54, and defines the 'public face' of the site.
